I'm excited to share with you some video from the Project's performance at PIANOS in NYC. Although I've been quiet, I've been working hard on an audition for the American Traditions Vocal Competition in Savannah, GA.

This past week, I completed preparations to compete in the American Traditions Vocal Competition. The competition is a rigorous vocal contest that requires each singer to record 3 songs and then submit 6 additional songs for consideration for the next round. The trick is that each song must be from a different genre (art song, blues, pop music etc.) and the songs must be composed by American musicians.
Selecting the music for this project was so incredibly hard! I wanted to avoid cliches and really make sure my pieces were unique but could show off my voice. I hope I make it to the next round. I find out on November 5th, 2017. Below you'll find some samples of audition pieces.
